Rozhodli jsme se pro Vás připravit, prozatím alespoň pro naše blízké okolí, nabídku zdravé BIO zeleniny a ovoce. Jelikož tyto suroviny jsou základem zdravé stravy, přáli bychom si jistě všichni, aby byly co nejkvalitnější a přitom za dostupné ceny. Věříme, že se nám toto podařilo díky spolupráci s naším dobře známým BIO-farmářem Ing. Jiřím Pospíšilíkem s celoživotní praxí v pěstování BIO potravin. Svou produkcí podporuje zdravotní centrum EDEN (www.czeden.cz) a rozhodl se podpořit i tyto snahy.
Rádi bychom tak podpořili naše úsilí o celkové zlepšení životního stylu a zdraví lidí.

Ing. Jiří Pospíšilík pěstuje ekologicky více jak 20 let. Je to známý propagátor a také učitel ekologického zemědělství. V současné době pěstuje zeleninu v Lipníku u Benátek nad Jizerou. Také spolupracuje se sanatoriem přírodní léčby (www.czeden.cz), kde se také pořádají kurzy ekologického pěstování s ohledem na samozásobitelnost. Zahradnictví je samozřejmě kontrolováno a certifikováno jako produkce BIO. V současné době pěstuje na 1,5 ha zeleninu v širokém sortimentu.
